1. PC does not recognize Windy31.
☞ If other PCs do not recognize Windy31 as well, the following Windy31 is defective. Please e-mail or call us for a refund or exchange.
2. PC recognizes Windy31 but it does not proceed to auto installation.
☞ Manually install Windy31 (Double click on "My Computer" - Right click on "Windy31 Virtual Drive"- Double click on "Windy31install.exe")
3. Cannot detect virtual CD-ROM Drive nor process further at storage device detection
☞ Remove storage device from device management, rescan hardware detection,then reinstall.
If you get the same problem again, please check USB port.
4. Windy31's installation process stops operating and repeats on a loop.
☞ For Toshiba laptops, DVD Ram Disk / DVD Ram Driver may cause problems. Delete the files mentioned above, reboot and reinstall Windy31.
(Start - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs)
5. During installation, Windy31 enabler dialog does not appear and jumps to LAN Adapter mode promptly.
☞ Check the service status in the windows service category WMI
(Windows Management Instrumentation).
If there is a problem in WMI, Windy31 cannot be configured in the Windows service. Please check your computer.
* Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Service and Application -> Check if WMI control status runs properly.
